Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Veloce Form FIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, we offer a hassle-free 2-day return policy for all UK orders.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be returned within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Footwear must be returned in the original box and packaged securely.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 to 20 business days.
